1. Class Registration & Payment

All class registrations are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Prices for classes and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class: Full refund or credit toward a future class
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the class: 50% refund or full credit toward a future class
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class: No refund, but 50% credit toward a future class
• No-shows: No refund or credit

Flavor Garden Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, chef illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.

3. Health & Safety

Participants must inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns at the time of registration. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

By attending our classes, you acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and other injuries. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All recipes, class materials, and content provided by Flavor Garden Studio are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create during classes but grant Flavor Garden Studio a license to use photographs and videos taken during classes for promotional purposes.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or otherwise disturb other participants or staff
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

6. Liability Limitation

Flavor Garden Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific class or service from which the claim arose.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms
